Product Operate Guide
1. Pre-Operation Inspection
Battery Level Check: Check the battery level indicator on the instrument panel to ensure the battery level is ≥ 50% (if it is below this level, charge for 6-8 hours first) to avoid power outages during operation.
Water Tank Check: Open the fresh water tank cap and fill it to the line (no more than 60L), adding cleaning agents in proportion. Check that the wastewater tank is empty; if any residue remains, drain it first.
Component Inspection: Verify that the brush disc is not damaged, the suction strip is not aged, and any connections are not loose. Inspect the machine for any unusual noises or oil leaks to ensure proper operation.
2. Power On and Basic Settings
To start the machine: Insert the key and turn it to the "ON" position. The instrument panel will light up. Press the "Power" button and wait for 3 seconds for the machine to enter standby mode. Parameter Adjustment: Set the travel speed via the dashboard buttons (recommended for beginners: 2-3 km/h, increasing to 5.5 km/h after proficiency). Adjust the brush pressure according to the severity of the dirt (low for light stains, high for heavy stains like oil).
3. Cleaning Operation
Start cleaning: Press the "Brush Start" and "Suction Start" buttons and slowly push the joystick forward. The machine will automatically complete the "brush cleaning - suction drying" operation.
Operation Tips: Drive in a straight line at a constant speed and avoid frequent turns. When encountering narrow passages (width ≥ 1.2m), slow down and make minor adjustments to ensure full coverage. When cleaning stubborn stains, pause on the affected area for 2-3 seconds to enhance cleaning effectiveness.
Interim Treatment: If the water level in the clean water tank is too low or the waste water tank is overflowing, the machine will automatically alarm, requiring shutdown, refilling and draining, before restarting the machine.
4. Shutdown and Closing
To shut down the machine: First, release the joystick, press the "Brush Stop" and "Suction Stop" buttons, then turn the key to "OFF" and remove the key.
Equipment Maintenance: Empty the wastewater tank and rinse the interior to remove any residual stains or odors. Remove the brush discs to clean hair and debris. Replace severely worn brush discs. Clean the suction strips to remove any debris. Store the machine in a dry and well-ventilated area. If not used for an extended period, recharge the battery monthly.
5. Precautions
Do not operate on slopes greater than 5° to prevent the machine from sliding. Do not operate in areas with water depth greater than 10mm to prevent water from entering the motor.
Operators must wear non-slip gloves and safety shoes. Unlicensed or untrained personnel are prohibited from operating the machine.
If the machine malfunctions (such as unusual noises or leakage), shut it down immediately and contact after-sales service. Do not disassemble the machine yourself.
