Therefore, after opening the box, please ensure that all accessories are complete (side brush, main brush, battery, charger, instruction manual, etc.). If any accessories are missing, please contact the manufacturer/supplier as soon as possible for replacement.

After long-distance transportation, the battery must be fully charged before first use to avoid insufficient power during initial use and to help activate battery performance and extend its lifespan. To charge, simply plug the plug into a power strip and observe the indicator light on the charger. When the battery level is below 50%, the charger indicator light flashes red; between 50% and 75%, it flashes yellow; between 75% and 90%, it flashes green; and between 90% and 100%, the green light remains on, indicating a full charge.
Upon receiving the machine, ensure the following components are properly installed during the initial setup: the main brush and side brushes, and the dustbin. Improper installation of the main brush and side brushes will not only affect the overall cleaning effect, leading to incomplete cleaning, but may also damage the motor. After installation and inspection, conduct a small-scale test run. This mainly checks if the brushes rotate normally and can effectively complete the cleaning task, whether the speed adjustment function is working properly, and whether the brakes are functioning correctly. Remove hair, plastic, thread, and other debris tangled in the main brush or side brushes. Excessive debris can lead to incomplete cleaning later. Cleaning the brushes promptly after each cleaning session prevents excessive debris from overloading the motor.
