1. KUER XS15D Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber Operating Procedures

Before using the KUER XS15D, the following steps are required to avoid motor damage and reduced machine lifespan due to incorrect operation.

First: Install the brush, then fill the clean water tank with clean water. If the floor is heavily soiled, you can add a suitable amount of detergent.

Second: Add defoamer to the wastewater tank to prevent excessive foam from the detergent from being sucked into the suction motor, which could damage it.

Third: Open the machine cover, then open the water valve on the machine and adjust the water flow.

Fourth: The handle of the KUER XS15D mini floor scrubber can be adjusted horizontally by 180 degrees. Before operation, the handle height can be adjusted according to personal needs by pulling the red adjustment lever behind the water tank upwards to adjust the handle to a suitable height.

Fifth: First, turn on the machine's power switch; then turn on the power, press the water valve button to adjust the water flow, then press the brush button to start the brush, and finally press the suction motor start button for normal operation.

To replace the brush disc, first turn the machine off, then stand it upright and rotate the brush disc clockwise to remove and replace it. To replace the rubber strip, remove the six bolts on the rubber strip, replace it with a new absorbent rubber strip, and then reinstall the bolts.

First: When pulling the machine, tilt the machine head upwards to avoid damaging the small wheel in the center of the squeegee, which would affect the squeegee's water absorption effect.
