Many customers purchase commercial floor scrubbers, but they don't pay much attention to their maintenance during normal use. Proper daily maintenance can effectively extend the machine's lifespan. So how should you maintain a floor scrubber in daily use? The following example, using a KUER ride-on industrial floor scrubber, demonstrates how to perform routine maintenance on a commercial floor scrubber/Sweeper.
Remove the machine's drain hose, open the drain hose cover, and drain the wastewater from the tank. After draining, open the wastewater tank cover and use a hose to inject clean water to rinse the tank and flush out the dirt. Dirt that cannot be washed away by the water flow can only be wiped clean with a cloth. After cleaning, tighten the drain hose cover and then secure the drain hose back into the slot. (The clean water drain plug is located at the rear left of the machine. In winter, when the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, the clean water needs to be drained if the machine is parked outdoors to prevent freezing.)

1. Loosen the black Torx bolt (bolt 1) on the absorbent squeegee.
2. Remove the aluminum alloy pressure strip from the absorbent squeegee and then remove the rear absorbent strip.
3. Loosen the screws and nuts on the absorbent squeegee and remove the front absorbent strip.
4. Take out the new absorbent strip, align it with the screw hole, and then install the pressure strip.
5. Tighten the screws and nuts on the absorbent squeegee.
6. Install the rear absorbent strip and then install the pressure strip.
7. Tighten the pressure strip securing screw.

Unscrew the transparent cover of the clean water filter, remove the filter screen, check for any filtered impurities, clean it, and then tighten the cover. There are clean water filters on both sides of the brush plate; both filters need to be cleaned.
Pay close attention to the machine's battery level. When the power indicator shows 21V, charge the battery promptly until the charger light turns green and the fan stops, indicating a full charge. For lead-acid maintenance-free batteries, use them until they are completely drained before recharging, and then fully charge them before use. (Lithium batteries can be charged and used immediately.) If the machine is not used for an extended period, the battery should be recharged periodically, at least once a week.
The above are the points to note during daily use. This method is applicable to many models on the market for simple daily maintenance. As a manufacturer that has long been engaged for commercial floor scrubbers selling, KUER typically advises customers to establish standardized equipment maintenance procedures to ensure the machine is always in optimal working condition.
