Product Operate Guide
I. Safety Instructions (Must Read Before Operation)
Requirements: Operators must be at least 18 years old and must undergo professional training to familiarize themselves with the equipment's functions before operating. Operators are prohibited from operating under the influence of alcohol, fatigue, or physical discomfort. Keep children away from the operating area.
Environmental Restrictions: Operation is prohibited on slopes greater than 30° or in areas with water depth exceeding 15mm. Keep away from flammable and explosive environments (such as gas stations and chemical warehouses). Charging the equipment must be done in a well-ventilated, dry area away from sources of ignition.
Contraindications: Do not operate the cleaning function if the main brush and side brushes are not installed or the dust box is not closed. If an emergency occurs during operation (such as unusual noise or electrical leakage), immediately disconnect the power cord and troubleshoot the problem before operating again. II. Full Operation Process
1. Pre-Operation Preparation
Equipment Inspection
Battery Level: Check the battery level indicator on the 7-inch LCD touchscreen to ensure the 48V/200Ah battery is at least 70%. If the battery level is below 20%, charge for 8-10 hours to avoid damaging the battery during operation due to a low battery.
Components: Inspect the bristles of the ∮350×600mm main brush and the four ∮500mm side brushes for wear. Replace bristles less than 20mm in length. Verify that the clean water tank (100L) is adequately filled, the dust collection box is free of residual debris, and the filter is unobstructed.
Function: Test the reversing camera, LED lights, and spray dust suppression system for proper operation. Check that the four-wheel drive system operates smoothly without any lag or unusual noise.
Site Preparation: Clear the ground of large obstacles (such as rocks, wooden boards, and electrical wires). Mark narrow passages, turns, and steep slopes to ensure the work route is unobstructed. Warning personnel nearby to stay away from the work area.
2. Startup and Operation
Startup Procedure
① Sit in the cockpit, fasten your seatbelt, insert the key in the ignition, and turn it to "ON." Wait for the machine to self-test (about 5 seconds. The touchscreen displays "Normal" to indicate it has passed).
② Select a cleaning mode on the touchscreen (e.g., "Standard" or "Powerful"; "Powerful" is suitable for stubborn stains). Then, in sequence, touch "Blower Start," "Main Brush Start," and "Side Brush Start" to confirm that all components are operating normally.
③ Release the parking brake, shift the gear lever to "Forward" or "Reverse," and lightly press the accelerator pedal. The machine will begin driving and cleaning at the set speed (0-8 km/h). Initially, it is recommended to use a low gear to familiarize yourself with the operation.
Operation Adjustment
Speed Control: In open areas (such as municipal squares and large warehouses), adjust the speed to 5-8 km/h. In narrow passages (such as workshop aisles), reduce the speed to 1-3 km/h. Slow down to below 1 km/h before turning to avoid rollover. Cleaning Intensity: When cleaning high-density debris (such as metal debris or large amounts of dust), increase the main brush pressure on the touchscreen. When cleaning smooth surfaces like epoxy floors, reduce the main brush pressure to minimize wear.
Dust Reduction Function: In dusty environments (such as concrete floors), tap the "Spray Dust Reduction" button on the touchscreen to adjust the spray volume to keep the floor slightly damp without water accumulation.
For special handling scenarios: When encountering large volumes of debris (such as cardboard boxes or plastic bottles), lightly apply the brake to slow down and temporarily raise the main brush via the touchscreen. Once the debris enters the cleaning range, restore the main brush to complete collection. When cleaning the edges of walls, activate the corresponding side brushes to ensure that no edges are missed.
3. Stopping and Finishing
Stop Procedure
① Release the accelerator pedal, shift the gear lever to "Neutral," and apply the parking brake.
② On the touchscreen, turn off the side brushes, main brush, and fan in sequence. Tap "Off" and remove the key. ③ Activate the automatic filter cleaning function (touchscreen "Filter Cleaning" button). It will run for 30 seconds before shutting off. If the filter is heavily contaminated, remove it manually for cleaning (rinse with clean water, let it air dry, and then reinstall).
II. Device Cleaning and Storage
Dust Bin: Press the "Auto Dump" button to empty the dust bin into the designated container. Rinse the dust bin with clean water, wipe dry, and reinstall.
Brush Plate and Rubber Strips: Clean hair and cord entangled in the main and side brushes. Inspect the absorbent rubber strips for foreign objects. Replace any severely worn strips.
Device Body: Wipe the cockpit, touchscreen, and body surfaces with a damp cloth to prevent moisture from seeping into the motor. Store the device in a dry and well-ventilated area. If not in use for extended periods, fully charge the battery and recharge it monthly.
III. Daily Maintenance and Care
Daily Maintenance: Check the battery terminals for looseness and leaks. Check the seals on the water tank and dust bin for signs of wear and tear. Test the backup camera and LED lights for proper function. Regular Maintenance
Weekly: Clean the water tank filter, check the lubrication of the main and side brush bearings, and add special lubricant. Calibrate the touchscreen display to ensure accurate response to operating commands.
Monthly: Check the battery voltage (normal range: 48-52V), adjust the main brush height to 3-4mm off the ground, check the tire pressure on all four wheels, and replace any worn tires.
Quarterly: Replace the dust box filter and absorbent strips. Lubricate the drive and steering systems, and check the motor operating temperature to prevent overheating and damage.
Charging Instructions: After operation, allow the battery to cool for 30 minutes before charging. Use the original charger. Ensure the charger indicator is normal during charging. Disconnect the charger immediately after full charge (light turns green). Do not overcharge for more than 12 hours.
