I. Safety Precautions (Must Read Before Operation)
Scope of Application: Only suitable for indoor hard floors (concrete, tile, stone, etc.). Do not use on grass, carpets, outdoor roads, etc.
Personnel Requirements:Operators must be familiar with this instruction manual. New operators must be trained before starting work. Minors or those without the necessary skills are prohibited from using this equipment.
Environmental Contraindications: Avoid flammable, explosive, damp, or electrically leaky environments. Remove large debris (stones, ropes, etc.) from the ground to prevent the brush plate from getting stuck or parts from becoming entangled.
II. Pre-Start Preparation and Inspection:
1. Equipment Appearance and Component Inspection: Inspect the machine body (1320×740×1240mm) for damage. Ensure the brush plate, squeegee, and cable are not loose or damaged.
Confirm the Brush Plate is Correctly Installed:** Align the brush plate with the motor flange and tighten it counterclockwise. Lower the handle and test the rotation; it should not come loose. For stubborn stains, replace the needle holder with a fiber pad. 1. Check that the squeegee's rubber strips are tightly fitted, the suction hose connection is secure, and there is no aging or damage.
2. Water and Electricity System Check
Open the clean water tank (left side) and wastewater tank lids, confirming that the tanks are clean and free of debris, and that the wastewater tank is empty.
Add clean water to the clean water tank, and add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution according to the degree of soiling (refer to the cleaning agent instructions for the proportion), with a total capacity not exceeding 90L; leave 100L of capacity space in the wastewater tank.
Insert the key to turn on the power, and check the power indicator light: the 24V/150Ah battery pack should show a full charge (it is recommended to stop using and charge when the remaining power is ≥20%).
III. Core Operating Procedures
1. Start-up and Parameter Adjustment
Set in the driver's seat, fasten the safety buckle, turn the key to the "ON" position, and the system will perform a self-check for 3 seconds (operation is possible if there is no alarm). 1. Adjusting the brush pressure: Select 0-60kg pressure according to the level of dirt on the floor (10-30kg for light dirt, 40-60kg for heavy dirt). The default brush speed is 650r/min.
2. Setting the walking speed: Adjust the knob to 1-3km/h (recommended for beginners), with a maximum speed of 5.5km/h.

7. Observing the clean water tank level during cleaning; stop the machine and add water if it is low; an alarm will be triggered when the waste water tank is full, and it must be emptied immediately.

9. Oily floors: Can be cleaned repeatedly 1-2 times, or replace with a strong cleaning agent. Multi-floor operation: After cleaning one floor, turn off all functions, raise the brush and squeegee, and push it to the elevator for transfer (the machine size is compatible with standard elevators). IV. Shutdown and Maintenance Procedures
1. Normal Shutdown Procedure: Release the accelerator pedal, press the "Brush Up" and "Squeegee Stop" buttons, and return the function knobs to their original positions. Drive the equipment to the drainage point, open the wastewater tank drain valve to empty the wastewater, and remove the 7L waste bin to clean out debris. Turn the key to the "OFF" position, remove the key, and turn off the main power switch.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Rinse the brush and squeegee rubber strips with clean water to remove any tangled debris; if the rubber strips are worn, replace them promptly to ensure 100% wastewater recovery. Wipe the machine body, open the clean water tank vent, and store the equipment in a dry and ventilated place. Battery Maintenance: Charge the battery promptly after each use (charging time 6-8 hours). If the machine is not in use for a long period, recharge it once a month.
